Every keepsake is individually sculpted and customized with precision. Below is everything you need to know about our production, handling, and US delivery timelines.
⏱️ Custom Crafting Time
Because each keepsake features custom names, years, hairstyles, and raised 3D relief depth, please allow 1 to 2 business days for precision CNC cutting, multi-pass UV relief curing, and hand-inspection before shipment.
🚚 US Domestic Delivery
Orders are dispatched directly from our US fulfillment center via USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail or DHL eCommerce. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your state.
📦 Pre-Christmas Delivery Guarantee
Orders placed before our holiday cutoff date are 100% Guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Eve (Dec 24, 2026). If unexpected courier delays occur, our support team will issue an immediate priority resolution.
🎁 Bundle Shipping Rates
Standard US Flat-Rate Shipping is $4.95. All orders of 3 or more keepsakes qualify for FREE Priority US Shipping automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been crafted and packaged, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and live status link. Please allow 24 hours for USPS tracking checkpoints to update.
Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at support@reliefkeepsakes.shop with your Order Number. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
