📸 How to File a Claim
Simply take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item and email us at support@reliefkeepsakes.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number (#…). Our dedicated US team responds within 12–24 hours.
Personalized Goods Policy
Because each keepsake is permanently sculpted with your custom family names, dates, and specifications, items that were crafted correctly according to the customer-submitted details cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse. However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us—we treat every customer like family and will work to make it right!
Refund Processing
